• Proof of insurance is required.
• A $250 deposit is required at the time of reservation if you have collision insurance.
• A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation if you do not have collision insurance.
• Collision insurance is $25 per day.
• If rental is cancelled, your deposit is refunded only upon re-renting of vehicle.
• You will be responsible for all parking, toll and traffic violations.
• You will be responsible for payment to the issuing agency for all fines and penalties incurred during the time you are renting the vehicle.
